This 4-ply, worsted-spun fine Peruvian merino is my all-time favorite yarn! Organic Merino Worsted has it all: An incredibly soft feel, great stitch definition, versatile gauge, structured drape, plus all the strength, warmth, and plush recovery you’d expect from non-superwash wool. This 100% GOTS-certified, mulesing-free organic yarn was mindfully crafted with the highest ecological standards for the environment and animal welfare.
I hand-dye each batch the old-world way, one pot at a time over a stove. I’ve chosen earth-friendly, low-impact acid dye pigments that meet organic standards and are formulated without hazardous metals or chrome. Learn more about my yarn dyeing process here…
Alternate skeins when knitting if you prefer a more blended fabric.
