Eco Fingering/Sock – Heirloom Pumpkin

$22.00$25.00

This non-superwash, ultra eco-friendly 4-ply yarn is made from recycled wool and sustainably-processed plant cellulose. Though not quite as fine as merino yarn, this consciously crafted blend is plenty soft, breathable, and keeps wool scraps out of landfills. Paired with silky soft TENCEL™ fiber (a more earth-forward alternative to acrylic), the combination of drape and dimensional luster in this blend is really special! My dye recipes tend to appear as cooler, less variegated shades on this fiber blend compared to my other bases.

Color Description: Heirloom Pumpkin – A cheerful, vibrant blend of soft peach tones. Not quite orange and not quite pink!

Each skein is hand-dyed, by yours truly, at the optimal temperature/pH required to preserve the integrity of this magical fiber. Dyed with earth-friendly, low-impact acid dyes that meet organic standards and are formulated without hazardous metals or chrome.

Due to the kettle-dyed nature of this yarn, look forward to whimsical color pooling and striping of varying subtlety.
