Care Instructions

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR PORTABLE YARN BOWL 2.0:
Hand-washing is best, but my new yarn bowls are also machine washable! Use cold water on a gentle or “delicate” cycle setting. Avoid washing with abrasive items like towels and jeans. Use mild, sulfate-free detergent (if you have it) to maintain vibrant colors. Hang your yarn bowl to air dry to prevent it from shrinking and becoming misshapen. Use a press-cloth to protect the fabric if you’d like to iron your yarn bowl, do not iron the fabric directly.

Fiber Content: The Portable Yarn Bowls 2.0 are made from 100% cotton fabrics (the linings are organic cotton). They’re sewn almost entirely with 100% recycled polyester thread except the drawstring channel fabrics which may be sewn with virgin cotton or virgin polyester thread for a perfect color match.

Yarn bowls are designed/cut/sewn by me in New York. My signature fabrics are printed in the United States using eco-friendly, non-toxic inks and waterless printing methods.

BUT ROCHELLE, HOW DO I TIE IT? It’s simple! Just pull the drawstring loop out to cinch the top closed, divide the loop into two “bunny ears” and then tie like you’d tie your shoe! Need a visual? Check out my ‘yarn bowl’ story highlights on Instagram ๐Ÿ™‚
